WHAT HAPPENS IN THERAPY?
Initially, I would suggest that we have a free 15-minute conversation. This would enable me to learn about you, your current situation, what brought you to therapy and your hopes for future sessions. This will also provide you with the opportunity to ask any questions you may have about therapy and consider whether you think we could work together.
All future sessions would last for 50-minutes.
Together, we would then decide the number of further sessions required. Sometimes a small number of sessions are enough to help people move forward, at other times sessions may continue for a longer period of time, as decided by us together. Therapy is a process, leading to real changes and deeper transformations. I work in an informal, dynamic and collaborative way – bringing my experience to support you as the expert in your own life.
