What is Counselling?
Counselling or therapy can mean different things to different people, but generally, it is something that can help you to deal with a range of problems or issues. Sometimes people can simply feel at a bit of a loss as to what steps to take next.
Real change can happen when we have time and space to explore our thoughts and feelings. Therapy can provide you with a sense of perspective and support you in gaining an understanding of yourself, your behaviours, and your relationship with others.
I will not tell you what to do but instead will encourage you to talk about and explore what is bothering you.
I’m experienced in a range of therapies. I draw from all of these different approaches to offer a tailored approach to suit your individual needs.
